I was on time with my payments. My car was deemed a total loss through my insurance only owed little over $9,000 insurance. Paid 7600 only ended up owing a little over 1800 but then they want to try to charge me interest and fees on a vehicle that I don't even have and when I question them about it and told them that I don't see it anywhere in my contract. Nobody got back to me. Nobody explained and they charge it off my car and put a negative note on my credit. Don't buy from them! If you do buyer beware!!!!!
The general manager Josh Flaminio thinks acceptable to not pay a mother her last week’s paycheck from working in the sales department. He thinks it’s acceptable to pay her $0 for a full week of work. The sales guys are wonderful but Josh won’t let them sell you a car unless you have a minimum of $500-$1000 down or good credit. So, don’t believe the corporate’s advertising of $199 down, because Josh terminated that. Josh won’t treat you, or anyone else fairly. So beware.
If you miss one car payment they come put a boot on your tire. The day after everyone was laid off due to Covid and went into Quarantine, they called and RUDLY harassed me about my payment not going through. When they ran my card at 7am and my paycheck don’t drop in my account till after 8am. They ARE DESPERATE for money. They will call you 1000 times a day if your short $30. They are all RUDE AS HELL. I don't recommend I encourage people to buy from Byrider (ask for Darrel) the benefits of buying from them are so awesome. They work with you n for you n won't set u up for failure some examples worked out easy car payments, when car needs fixing small payment gets it fixed no matter what(some conditions) its part of your warranty when need oil change they do it real cheap if they busy they give coupon for go elsewhere but most of all their staff members in every department are DA BOMB.COM 😊😊😊 God really Blessed us when H... read more
