JD Byrider ruined my credit instead of helping. In June of 2016, their accounting department made a mistake. Instead of debiting our account for the $184.70 they were authorized to take, they took $1847.00! When we called them, the customer service rep said we could get a refund or just skip the next few payments until the $1847 was spent, then start making payments again. We chose to allow the $1847 transaction to stand, and not make payments again until November. BIG MISTAKE. Because we didn't make a July payment, they rep... read more
What a joke substard high miliage cars at way above value cost with high interest. And poor service dept that cant seem to do much right. Refuse warrantee servi e and will even tell you your out of warranty when your clearly not they bandaid repairs hoping youll run out of warranty before they have to dig in and pay for major repair. Had the car back five times for same issue with the same repair done each time and its still not fixed. Said they. Sherri is amazing!!! She was so nice and helped us with any questions we had. Ask for her!!!This review was the day I got my car.. 3 days later I returned my car on account of not having my job any longer. Horrible luck for me..but to my surprise they basically said screw me. They would not even bother to talk to me and sent me on my way. I could not get my deposit of 3000 dollars back on a car I only drove for 3 days. They said it will be counted as a repossession on my credit score! They are horrible people. I will be back... read more
