I went in for service because I had an oil leak and rattling noise in my front end. Lafe martin was the gentleman who helped me and he gave spectacular customer service and had me back on the road in less than an hour! Couldn’t be happier with Jd Byrider and all who work there!
The staff changed my oil and found my battery to be failing. They replaced my battery and got me on the way.
J.D. byrider is very helpful. We didnt have any credit and could not get a loan. We went to J.D. Byrider and they helped us out. Yes, your payment is going to be high because you are paying a high interest rate. Yes, you do pay for your warranty because it is calculated in with your payment. I would rather pay for a warranty then not have any warranty at all. I have had my vehicle for 3 months and when things go wrong with it they work me in and they keep it until it is fixed right. J.D. Free warranty my left nut. You pay for that warranty. And dont fall for the affordable car bs. They wanted me to pay \$165 every 2 weeks for 3 years on a car that was 8 years old!!!!And this was after 4 balloon payments of \$250 as the down. I call it JD BIKERIDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
