Jim Ritter is very rude and unprofessional.He is an adviser who threatens you indirectly about your car.I have been emailed things such as " I need you to call me today or I will have to make a decision without your input " . Friend just bought a car last night. After one day its backfiring and not running at all. He currently sits in their office while they argue with him to take the car back and terminate the contract. They KNEW they sold him a bad car, and CLREARLY care more about money!! Low life scum who work in there. How do you sleep at night, screwing people over like this???
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Justin was my salesman and he was great!! He even helped me find the best deal on my car insurance.

This place is a joke. They said my income was there and I could afford payments but my credit was not. Thought they didn't go off credit? I was told if I had to put 1,000 down that I could put down what I could and then tack on the rest over payments. Come to find out, that was lie. I guess anything to rip off customers. I told them from the start I had poor credit and still got my hopes up. THANKS JD BYRIDER!
