Tess was a tremendous help to us in getting a car. We had been to several dealerships with no luck and some were even quite rude. She was very upfront and honest with us and super helpful along the way. If you’re looking for a place to work with you. We highly recommend Byrider.

I just want to express just how satisfied I am with dealing with JB Byrider in Ashland. No other car lot has been willing to work with us without having a pretty good sum of a down payment. Mainly due to us having had cars repoed in the past. Not due to us being "irresponsible", but rather due to life kicking us on the ***. Tess Riggs and Hailey were extremely understanding of our situation and both did everything they could to get us in a car as quickly as they could. I had an extravagant experience, not only with the whole place but Tess! She was absolutely wonderful. She answered every question, went over every detail and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable!
