The staff at Byrex have been super helpful helping us find rare gemstones at fair prices.
Very disappointed with my experience today. The buyer treated me with no respect and even threw my gemstone back into my hand, saying it wasn’t good. Totally unprofessional behavior and very poor customer service. I do not recommend buying or selling anything with them.
