I've worked as a consultant with aesthetic physicians and I've seen plenty of contracts in15 years. Byrd Adatto's contracts seem to lack of lot of basic elements. I've known physicians who have been burned by them. Michael Byrd gives me ick. Listen to the revolting AmSpa Podcast called Medical Spa Insider. The cast of characters would be amusing, and in fact quite hilarious if they were not discussing very real issues including safety and regulation.
