Arrived at on time for a 10:05 am appointment. Left at 12:30. Spent most of our time waiting in the waiting room, waiting for an eye test and waiting for Dr. Chen. Dr. Chen was excellent. Dr. Byrd is stepping away from this business that is operated by a company (not a private practice) that seems to overbook and make patients wait. Be prepared to wait.
