I used Byrd Palmer for 2 years to manage my home as a rental. I moved away and could not manage the property from afar. Byrd Palmer was amazing!! Everything was always handled, their communication was perfect- always keeping me as involved and informed as I wished to be- fixing repairs in a timely manner, and the most important thing, the renters they found for my house were amazing!!
