Dr shery awesome doctor ! Just the staff and people upfront are a bit rude act like they really don’t like their job. my 3 year old child had an appointment for physical, they tell me they can’t continue with appointment right when I got into the office 9am and it is 30 minute drive back with my child for nothing
I’m sure this will never get to Byrd his self but here goes. Have seen Dr. Byrd 30+yrs and never have I been told that they wouldn’t see me because I have a balance and they could not get me an appointment and wouldn’t until it was paid in full I told them I was on a set income and I could pay some on it but she said no,the reason I have a balance is on them I have paid when ever I go and they tell me what ever it is I owe ,so how is it I owe 187.?? And I have no copay or anything deductible not sure how that works.I have be... read more
