I’ve been going here since my daughter was born. No time efficiency. It’s horrible. I’ll be switching providers for her next check up. The staff were in the back talking about who works more and who doesn’t work enough. And they spoke about calling off. Very unprofessional.
Dr. Byrd has been an amazing pediatrician for my family for over 30 years. She truly listens and always takes concerns seriously. She cared for my children from 1991 through adulthood, even remaining a trusted resource when we moved out of state. Now she cares for my grandchildren as well. I wouldn’t trust anyone else—highly recommend.
This office is EXTREMEMLY unprofessional! The start of the school year, I literally had to hunt them down for my childrens paperwork for them to get enrolled into school. They ignored several calls & emails, once I spoke to someone, they told me I had to wait an additional 3-5 business days for the form to be completed. I spoke to soeone on a Monday, waited the 3-5 business days and once I called back the office told me I would have to wait ANOTHER 3-5 business days. Dr. Byrd and staff are awesome. She's a popular Dr. With the children and parents .She listens to the child as well as the Parents and or Grandparent. Best Pediatrician I have seen for my Grandchildren.
