They seem to be more about making a bunch of money then providing a service. I got a quote of $3,000 to replace all of my duct work because the insulation was coming off. I re-insulated it myself in one afternoon for $500 in parts and the labor of a friend.
Terrible people to do business with! Broke my equipment took over a week to fix a simple motor. Highly recommend finding someone else!
I certainly expected more professionalism from Byrd. The technician blew a board, left the job site without telling anyone, left the roof hatch off, and just generally under performed. Service manager never called back after I called to speak with him about the parts being ordered. He said parts would be in that day and he would call to schedule service. Still has not happened – not even a call to state why. Now I find out that the part that was ordered is broken and I will have to wait 5 more days until Byrd is able to fini... read more
