I try to book an optometrist appointment online, and they are booked out for months. I call the appointment line, get told to call Byrd directly. I call Byrd directly, no answer. I continue this process for 45 minutes. I call a different number for Byrd I got from Google. I go in person, and wait in line at the main desk, to get told to go over to the optometrist office. LTC N is literally the worst. I'm glad to know you couldn't care less for soldiers. Can't believe you are considered a leader.
As the Defense Health Agency slowly dies and takes Army medicine with it. This is just another example of the decay. No ticket machines working. A month ago the system that announces the ticket numbers for lab and pharmacy went down and now they just yell at you.
