I try to book an optometrist appointment online, and they are booked out for months. I call the appointment line, get told to call Byrd directly. I call Byrd directly, no answer. I continue this process for 45 minutes. I call a different number for Byrd I got from Google. I go in person, and wait in line at the main desk, to get told to go over to the optometrist office. Horrible place, no reception skills and no body ever knows what is going on. Worst installation in conus
