I really appreciate Ron's abilities to listen and treat me well. However, I had to quit seeing him due to the fact that someone in his office, I suspect his daughter, was unable to ever handle my paperwork the way it should be handled. At first I thought I had slipped through the cracks or something. So I kept going because I genuinely like Ron. Dr Byrd takes his time to listen to you and he target your concerns. He very gentle and has compassion. I have to recommend him to friends and relatives. He is highly recommended.
Byrd has a great staff and Ron has a great practice and he has helped me get better and his referrals has right on according to what I can have according to my insurance and medical needs. Thank you Ron and staff!
