Damages personal property and refused to pay for repairs.
No ethics in this company. They damaged my property on a government installation. I filed a report the day of with the facilities manager, and the COR. Heard nothing for two weeks and when I did finally hear something they said that because they didn't have an opportunity to investigate it their policy is not to pay the claim. I guess I was supposed to drive around for two weeks with a broken glass. I was hopeful they would do the right thing and offer compensation for damages. Not this company.
