I need to speak to someone in management! I’ve called today and was getting help with someone and they hung up on me during the process of my order . I’ve called in the last month And same thing . I get no help when I need to order supplies .
beware ordering HY TAPE “pink tape” they will send you fake tape that is so important with an ileostomy and it can’t be purchased in a store. They send cheap tape you can buy anywhere and put in HY TAPE packaging and charge the HY TAPE price. In the pic it is supposed to be the light color not dark orange ~ the 1 example of the correct tape is some I found in a travel bag from last year. The worst company you can deal with. We filled out all paperwork never heard back, ran out of supplies. Already got another company and notified our daughter's case manager as to our experience. Wouldn't recommend them to worst enemy
awful customer service, added a random dr. to my account that I had never heard of before, impossible to make any payments on their website because website isn't functional, only reason this place is in business is because consumers have no say in healthcare. i cannot imagine why anyone would voluntarily become one of their customers.
