Just got off the phone with Byram and ordered a breast pump. If I hadn’t been so desperate I would have hung up the phone in the first 2 minutes. The person I spoke too BARELY spoke English and what should have been a 5 minute phone call turned into 20 because we both had to repeat ourselves multiple times. I asked for a different representative twice and she would not transfer me. Extremely frustrating.

I placed my daughter’s monthly order like I do every month. Same items every time. This month an item was missing. Called to ask where it was and I was told I did not order it. I did order it. It’s been a nightmare trying to get it. When I speak to someone, I can’t understand what she is saying or if I can understand the person, they have a horrible rude attitude. I’m not calling Amazon looking for a lipstick I ordered. I’m calling a medical supply company. Patients need the stuff that they ordered! And they need a customer ... read more

Received my order today and did not receive my bags or barrier rings. Did call and they said it would take 4 days to get the items. I have no bags left and drs office is closed. I'll have to go to the emergency room to get some. Thanks Byram for the big er bill im about to get.

Worst company I have EVER worked with. If you’re smart you will find a different company for pump and medical supplies.
