I’ve had a really frustrating experience this time around. This is only my third order with them — the first two went fine — but this one has been a nightmare. I placed my order almost a month ago and was told my daughter’s insurance was inactive. I contacted the insurance company myself, and they confirmed it was active and correct. They even called the supplier directly to verify everything over a week ago. Despite that, my order still hasn’t shipped. I would give zero starts if I could. In my 30+ years of dealing with third-party medical suppliers, they are the absolute worst. Uncaring, unhelpful, incompetent. The most recent experience is by far the worst. Moreover, the experience enlightened me as to how dangerous using this company is. I placed an order over a week ago (2/13). I was about 10 days from being out of supplies. When the order wasn't shipped within a couple of days, I tried to call, but their phones were down. I would not recommend Byram Healthcare if you have an alternative option available. Over a decade of using them on and off in two different states, I can confidently say that resolving issues with tier one support is virtually impossible. If you have a problem your time-to-resolution will be far longer than is reasonable. Byram will message you (on a secure platform, so that's neat I guess) to tell you to call them. Worst of the worst! They never billed my insurance and I received a bill I have been calling trying to figure this out since 2024 and to this day they still have not submitted a claim to my insurance company. I continue to get the run around every time I call.

I seriously I'm thinking of switching my son's DME Supply Company. We've been using Byram for over 10 years and it's a hit or miss at times with customer service. We are the consumers so why is it that when we speak to customer service and we have a problem or issue no one is on the same page. It's not the first time this has happened.
