Slow, miscommunicates, wouldn't work with them
Being newly diagnosed , I was already feeling emotionally overwhelmed but then I was forced into using this company for my diabetic supplies by my insurance company. The process was difficult to begin with, a long drawn out phone call with redirect through the insurance company to Byram then after waiting a while finally getting to a representative.
