I was supposed to get a call the day after my order was placed, if there was to be a copay. This was nearly two weeks ago, and I was expecting my order to be showing up at this point, because nobody called to say that there was a copay~! Two weeks later, I’m still waiting for the order to arrive, when I get a call saying there’s a 20% copay! They should have called me the following day, like they were supposed to!
