They refuse to communicate with my insurance to get me my diabetic supplies and because of it I will be running out of supplies. I used them years ago and had to come off my insulin pump because I couldn’t get supplies. Now that I have a new pump I’m having the exact issue I did before

Horrible customer service ive been denied to talk to a manager multiple times over a bill they did not run with insurance ive been hung up on for requesting a manager and ive been trying to resolve this since June it is now August

My Byram experiece was fine. I'm all for inclusion, but make sure the people you put the phones speak clear english. I get frustrated when I have to ask to repeat what is said.

Not a fan based upon experience with sales and customer service of Byram Healthcare. I was directed to Byram because the company my Dr recomended was not in my insurance network. The 'process' with Byram took so long the other company 180Medical sent me two packages, overnighted for free to get me through.

My daughter orders supply's thru them. Her first order was the wrong size she called and they had another shipment of the correct size waiting to go out the same day. They are on top of it.
