They used to be reliable and I had no issues with using them for over a decade. Lately it's been a struggle to get my monthly supply. Every month I have to call in and see what the issue is with Byram. I filled out form and asked for a supervisor to call me to properly handle the issue and that was 3 months ago. No one ever got back to me, so I'm forced to deal with customer service that is more annoyed with me than they are helpful. This is my last month using them. Absolutely terrible company. Ive been trying to get them to send me medical supplies i need to survive for over a month now. I keep getting excuse after excuse on why they wont send it. I now have a severe infection due to their incompetence and will be getting lawyers involved. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO! 0 stars
Byram has poor customer service and they have not followed through with communication. On multiple occasions, they sent me the wrong number of items I ordered. There was one of my regular orders that they failed to process with my insurance. I do not recommend Byram to anyone, and they have lost my business.
Could not get a live person on the phone and when I asked to speak to a Live agent they tell you they are but it is 100% AI driven. ZERO transparency about pricing and then I can't even speak to someone regarding anything!
Worst company I have ever dealt with. They have no idea what they are doing. Every time I speak to someone there, they tell me something completely different. No matter what conversation you have with them, they don't listen, they don't know the answer or they tell you something incorrect. When you correct them, they change what they told you in the first place and still mess it up.
