The process of ordering is simple, streamlined and much appreciated. However the product, is limited and inefficient. I called to discuss the leakage of the pull-ups, there was no help nor understanding from the customer service rep. It has left me feeling angry and unsure why a company would carry such a limited product line.
If i could give ZERO stars I would. This is the WORST comapny I have EVER dealt with. Diabetic for 15 years and worked with so many suppliers during that time. NEVER have i worked with such a disorganized, completely outsourced company. Every call is with a new representative so there is NO case continuity. Every step of the order process is handled by different departments that DO NOT communicate with each other. STAY AWAY if you can
Byram is terrible to deal with and their communication is even worse. I hate working with them but we seem to be stuck by our insurance.
On June 1st 2026 I had two orders confirmed for a Tandem T:Slim insulin pump and infusion sets/revivors. Half of the order showed as shipped, but was unavailable to see information under order details. The second order showed up as processing. I called twice after no response or updates. Monday 6/8/26 I called for an updated as well as not having access to my account. I was told the supplies were backordered until 6/15/26. I was able to access my account after that call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! BEWARE. unable to receive my catheters that i am medically dependent on, despite having this same prescription for 14 years! Now im stuck figuring out another company to get my medical supplies from asap while being out. Horrible customer service and good luck ever getting anyone on the phone. Stay far far far away.
