Convinced me to buy a full treatment/package, only to close the clinic a month later. With no warning and no explanation…. Literally just scammed me. And won’t get back to any emails. Horrible company

Just walked in there to get information about services. There was a woman working in a desk that told me it would be a few minutes because she’s helping someone. She then proceeded to be on the computer printing papers when she was done she came back and started changing ink in the printer, not even acknowledging that I was there After me sitting there for 20 minutes, just to get information. Used to get my laser here before but had to leave because of constant rescheduling, changing the girl who does my laser when I specifically asked the first time that I wanted the same person to be with me from the first session to end , too expensive, last time I went there is when I decided I’m never going back is when the the woman made comments about me while doing my laser , not very comfortable not l worth the price, thankfully I get my laser done somewhere else and saw results faster and its way cheaper.

They told me I could do laser on my legs, I have always been told. I am not a candidate.. I am tan with red hair & blond hair on my legs. The technician said, it can be done, there is some darker hair. The first session did nothing , As my hair grew back, I saw it was all blond, no dark, I called for a refund. The manager was very nice and told me to let her try one more time at no charge, although it was shaved, she saw no dark follicles. She told me to let it grow so she could see the hair next time.
