One star is too many for this company. We were having an HVAC issue at one of our rentals and were referred to this company by another company who could not complete the job in the timeframe we needed. An appointment was made, someone went and took a look.... we were told we would have an estimate by the next day. Two days later, still no estimate... again someone went back out to supposedly take more measurements. This was 3 weeks ago and we have called over 10 times requesting the quote.
