Terrible company! Bynum Brothers replaced our old roof but failed to do so correctly. The plywood decking, which they improperly installed, has warped, causing the roof shingles to pull away from the decking. This is clearly visible from the outside of our home. From our attic, we can see that whoever installed the plywood did not nail the edge of the plywood to the truss, and these are the areas that have warped. In some instances, there are gaps between the pieces of plywood where we can see the back of the roof shingles. ... read more
