I am very pleased with my experience and the results of my new roof by BYLTup! After getting several quotes, theirs was highly competitive with a phenomenal warranty I couldn't pass up. BYLTup installed a GAF solar shingle roof on my home. The install was quick an efficient and we have had no issues with the new roof. Our project supervisor was knowledgeable and able to tell us that the venting design of the garage roof would void the warrant of the roof because of it's low pitch. He recommended another venting solution that maintained the warranty and was still visually appealing.
Bylt up did a great job, communication was excellent. When there was an issue or a slight oversight in the amount of solar shingles I was supposed to receive, they quickly resolved it. They also accommodated a lengthy pause in the roofing to allow my GC to add a new front porch. Brady was great to work with and was in constant communication with me through the project. I’d highly recommend them.
We unexpectedly received a cancellation notice from our insurance carrier due to our roof condition. We were not at all prepared for, or planning to replace our roof and didn’t know what to do as we only had a 60 day notice. We were introduced to BYLTup through one of our neighbors in Long Beach who had used them and were very impressed. My roof replacement project was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was always responsive to all communications. The project was scheduled promptly, began as promised, and completed in a short time. The crew was respectful and thorough in completing the work and cleaned up at the end of each day.
