Joseph was exactly what I needed when I walked into a BYLT store for the first time. He was extremely helpful and attentive to the point that I felt valued and that he had an interest in making sure my experience was a wonderful one. It definitely was! Absolutely amazing clothes and amazing staff as well! I had such a great time with Rebecca. She really cares about her customers and was just a delight. Bylt store in the Westfield utc mall
Great selection of trendy clothing and accessories, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, I found the prices a bit higher than expected, and the layout can be a bit cramped at times. Overall, it's a decent place to shop if you're looking for something specific.
I highly recommend visiting the store! Clothing varies significantly by cut and style. Best to try on in-person from my humble opinion. Great ambiance at UTC. Thank you Rebecca for the amazing service and patience with my exchanges.
