Walked into the BYLT store at Westfield UTC looking for some fresh everyday pieces and the kindest associate Alondra completely changed the game for me. I’ve never shopped here before but she greeted me right away, asked what I was looking for, and actually listened. Joseph was exactly what I needed when I walked into a BYLT store for the first time. He was extremely helpful and attentive to the point that I felt valued and that he had an interest in making sure my experience was a wonderful one. It definitely was!
