It’s been a crazy day we left this morning around 9 am on our way to Tunica MS but somewhere around Byhalia MS our belt broke but luckily Lazer towing came and got us and took us to Byhalia tire and battery and they got us back on the road great people and great service from both thank you
We will never go here again. Highly recommend staying as far away from this place as you can. We went and got 4 brand new tires on Saturday. By this morning (Monday) one tire had already blown out, we have barely even driven on these tires. Literally drove from the shop to our house less than 10 miles away and wake up this morning to this. We go back up to them to see what they can do since they sold us a faulty tire and they (specifically the owner himself as he is who we spoke with) don’t help at all. I recommend Byhalia Tire and Battery I stopped by to get new tires and was told my tires still have 70%thread and will be good for another 30,000 miles. Joseph Wyatt Sr. not many businesses would have done that. Thank you BT&B for being so honest.
After calling several places in and around Memphis area, these were the only ones who had tires that fit my vehicle. Fast friendly service, few quotes for new tires, quick and friendly service. I highly recommend to anyone. Good conversation is a plus while you wait!
