Beautiful Selection, Tepid Service I walked into this store on a whim. Browsed around for a bit and liked what I saw! Exceptional, high-end furniture and accessories all at fractions of original cost. I wasn't prepared to buy anything when I went in, but I will definitely be back to make purchases for our new home. rude people I have shopped with these people before. They will hardly speak to you and when they do they say horrible things about other stores and are very rude and pompous. Even though I have always shopped consignment shops for myself and my clients I refrain from shopping there.
FABULOUS FINDS I came across this site looking for Bygones phone number and am shocked to read the negative reviews! Seriously, are we talking about the same store? Bygones on Broadway and Bygones of Castle Hills. I have furnished 3 houses over the last fifteen years as well as consigned several pieces and my experience has always been nothing but professional. Bygones should be gone I must say after dealing with the son in law and the mother on several ooccassions I have never in my life met a more arrogant group of people, who act as though they are doing you a favor. Each encounter has been dreadful. I and my family and friends will be sure to tell everyone what a horrible group they are and will never shop there again!

Bygones On Broadway ARE "CROOKS" I would have to agree that the owners are all arrogant. The couple and mother-in-law "are all woven from the same fabric." I believe they are "CROOKS". They are also incredibly rude.
Bygones On Broadway are not good people to do business with Be very careful if you use this firm to sell your furniture. Make sure items are put up for sale during the time period of your contract and not later, I never received a response to phone calls or letters and when I asked to have someone and collect the unsold items my request was ignored. Agree on the rudeness factor as well.I do not recommend this company for anything.
Thomas family High end name brand furniture at a fraction of the cost new. Over 75% of our home furnishings and accessories are from Bygones. Why buy new overpriced when you can get estate quality at a great price. The owners are great to deal with. I highly recommend this furniture store.
Nice people, fun place I lived in San Antonio 5 years ago and this was my favorite place to browse. We also bought several things at Bygones that we still have. This is not an ordinary consignment shop, they are selective. Quality items and great deals! (nice people too by the way)
