Easy people to deal with until your unit gets broken into. The facility on 199 has NO cameras or security and the police dept said it happens often.Rent at your own risk or don’t put anything of value their. 4k worth of stuff stolen when we found it missing on the 1st. Moved our belongings immediately and they said it was the 1st and apparently they dont do refunds.
I rented two storages from these people and i understand that the rent is due on the 1st of every month and about late charges but I called yesterday Thursday 7/11and told the lady I would be making a payment on Monday 7/15 and she said that would be fine well needless to say she lied and our units were locked today Friday 7/12 I do not recommend them they are liars because she could have said that they would be locked until they received our payment but instead locked the units. So I will never rent from these people again

I hope people do realize that anyone can say anything that they want but does not make it true on these reviews. The rent was not doubled she just stopped paying and owed 8 months before unit was sold. We never double rent.... The comment about being broken into and don't rent funny they are still customers to this day. If it was so bad why did they not move. Units are broken into can not stop thieves and especially in Ardmore right now. Items are stolen out of your own front yard. Everyone has an opinion and can lie about a... read more
