Lovely staff and doctors are great. I see Dr Naga, and I always feel better after seeing him. He is always quick with a diagnosis and always sets up a follow up plan of care for me. I have seen other doctors there, as well as the nurse staff and all are really good. It is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and I highly recommend them.
We are very happy with Byford Family Practice. The doctors, nurses and office staff are professional, kind and thorough. We have been patients for years and have been very satisfied with all of their services.
Just to change the name of the physio on a referral letter took 2 weeks. I’ve called the practice quiet a lot of times. Sometimes they don’t answer or if they would, they make a blunt excuse saying that its not ready yet. I don’t recommend this medical practice.
Reception staff are very lovely. I had my first visit with Dr Sara who is very kind and professional, I felt like she actually listened to my concerns and genuinely wants to help. Overall very great experience at Byford family practise.
Pleased with the doctor I had. My appointment was on time and the doctor even took the time to ring me after I had gone home, to advise that it was over a year since I had a blood test. He was going to leave the form at the reception for me to collect.
