Wish I could give 10 stars. Ralph Mercum was outstanding through the entire process. I made the purchase from another state which could make a customer a little anxious. Ralph's professional attitude towards the process gave me a high confidence level that put my mind at ease. Ralph actually jumped in the car and videoed a test drive for me and did a live walk around to show me the entire vehicle. They were there every step of the way...until they handed us the keys. Salesman couldn't figure out how to get keys/app to work. Told us to go to another dealer. We never received any paperwork after sale nor details how to pay. Unfortunate ending to such a strong beginning performance by the dealership.
