My 2021 Volvo XC 40 was declared a total loss after storm damage. Byers Volvo went out of its way to find me a replacement car in the same color, at the same trim level, and with the same options as I had before. They had to obtain one from another dealer. In other words, the service department, the salesman, the general manager and the credit department went above and beyond the call of duty and provided me with excellent service. This is why I will continue to buy my Volvos from Byers.
