Fredy was our salesman and he was very friendly and accommodating and made the experience quick and good. Never had to talk to a manager or do a bunch of going back and forth on the deal which I like. Gentleman in the finance office was also very nice and friendly. Purchased a really nice used car. Probably paid a little more than what we should have but I think that's kind of everywhere right now as used cars or a little higher than they should be. Overall satisfied.
Every step of the buying process was outstanding! Could not have been better. I would use Byers again and recommend them to friends.
