Big shout out to Toni Bouthillet for being an exceptional property manager, always professional, kind and caring. And for being a pleasure to work with for the past few years.
You do nothing to concerns brought up for the community and violations continue! You let members in community dictate and not force the continue violations of members in the community. Yard service is ridiculous. They do the bare minimum work . I still had to trim my tree/bushes and take care of my backyard etc. Garbage cans still out front of homes not put away, basketball hoop is a violation but still up , extra vehicles parked in front of homes and in grass .. the list goes on . So disappointed and discouraged that I pay ... read more
Lived with this company a few years now. Never had any problems the first or second year. Now that we are on year 3 I swear they are trying to push us out the door. I would not recommend.
