Bought a used 2014 Land Rover from Byers on 7/4/18. Less than 2 weeks later the car wouldn't start and check engine light came on. They did get it in to fix it after I called and complained, but told me "Remember you did buy it as is." I understand that, but its bad business & customer service to have that attitude. Plus it wasn't like it was 2 years later, it was 2 weeks! Now its having issues with shifting. I will never buy another car from them. Father in law purchased Jaguar f pace from Jaguar Byers Imports and the electronic gear selector module buttons are having sticking issues. It appears to be an assembly problem. However, service manager told him that he probably spilled something (didn't even check module) and said that this wouldn't be covered. It is unacceptable to blame fit and finish issues on the consumer.
