Very pleasant buying experience. No pressure, we went in and told them what type of vehicle we wanted to look at and they got one and it was the one we bought. The salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend Byers Ford to anyone looking for a Ford product.
Salesman Mark is a great guy. Sales manager was also great. Two really good people to work with. I definitely recommend asking for them for a nice experience when in the market for a car.
Be wary of the service department. They tried to tell my 18-year-old son that he needed $4000 worth of work to his 2017 Mustang including brakes, oil, leak, etc. etc. I took the car to Westerville automotive for a second opinion, they said that the brakes were 5 mm, did not need changed. 10 to 15,000 miles left on them. There was no oil leak, but some oil had been spilled from the last filter change (preformed at Byers)changed the transmission fluid for $250 and said the car is in great shape. I was having issues with my GM vehicle charging. Two gentleman came out, assisted me with a different station and then offered my son and I refreshments while we waited. Their kindness did not go unnoticed and is so very appreciated!
