Was great up until the financing. Rusty went out of his way to find the vehicle I wanted and at the discount that was advertized. There was over an hour long wait to get into the finance office. Once in, financing was very quick, since I had a preapproval letter. The finance officer asked if I was a member of the Credit Union, I said yes. Despite this, there was a significant charge that is only applicable when an applicant is not a member of the credit union.
