Best dealership by far. First started working with them when I needed emergency service on my 2020 explorer when another dealership in Columbus dropped the ball. Service department was top notch. So I decided to purchase my 2025 explorer from them. Wesley was my salesperson. Wesley is someone you can trust and I liked working with him. Nothing but a great experience. Very disappointed because I prefer independant dealers rather than Meglo-Mart volume guys. Simplest transactions possible, but guess the kick backs on financing mean more than simple american entreperneurial business. Came to dealer as remote purchaser for my business, becuase of a truck optioned very uniquely for my business needs. Sales staff wanted me to finance & hastled-hustled me with numbers in negotians over text, when my only concern was the final number on the invoice....
