Dr. Loh-Shan Leung is always so professional and easy to chat with. He examines my eyes very thoroughly and I have no doubts whatsoever that I am getting the best care for my eyes. He is a true asset to the Byers Eye Institute and Stanford Medicine. Staff is always very professional and easy to chat with as well. Whatever you're doing, keep it up.
Staff need training on interacting with disabled patients. I have a right to receive health care without being subject to ableist remarks.

Staff need training on interacting with disabled patients. The constant chortling and giggling and exclamations about how well I wheel in my wheelchair---yeah, well, I've been doing it for decades--are really offensive.
