Evan Chen MD Fellow, Glaucoma Surgery Byers Eye Institute cared about my eyes. He discussed in great detail the progress of my eyes from the initial ER visit to his final exam and the future expected progress with eye glasses and follow up care with an optometrist. I highly recommend him to other patients needing chemical eye exposures care.
Worst doctor visit I’ve ever had at Stanford—what a pity. I spent four hours at the Byers Eye Institute, yet the doctor spent only eight minutes with me and was clearly impatient and rushed. Parking was extremely difficult—there was no patient parking available—and I had to park far away and walk to the clinic. The lobby wait alone was over an hour. The only pleasant experience was the kind lady at check-in.
My visit on January 6 was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Do was attentive, kind, and very thorough in explaining everything. I felt comfortable asking questions and left feeling confident and reassured about my care.
