I was waiting for Dr Beykin arround one hour or more
Dr Deboer is phenomenal I have never had a doctor that checks all the boxes. Forever grateful and very blessed to be his patient. He has given me back my independence and has made such a scary and traumatic situation feel safe and comforting.
I can honestly say that the appointment desk staff is rude with zero personality and could care no less that I was on hold for 50 minutes. This is typical when calling them. Also their appts are backed up 4 months wait for a very awful eye issue. I had to request to be put on the wait list, the staff never offered that to me ! Just horrible service .I am trying to get a hold of the office manager but to do that is another hour wait on hold !
