The clinic no longer provides eye exams for children under 10 years old. The policy was changed within 2 minutes (during a conversation with a customer) without informing the patient or their family doctor.
Dr Lambert, eye surgeon: Bedside manner, overall interest in helping patient beyond specific, assigned surgery, 0. Clearly Dr Lambert has renowned expertise and vast experience, but these seem reserved for others (e.g. his students or clients he perceives have more money?). He addressed and cured my double-vision, for which I am very grateful.
Went here for eye pain I have had for about 5 years. Doctor Christopher Or did a basic eye exam and this was billed as a medical appointment that was thousands of dollars. The doctor diagnosed me with dry eye and gave me eye drops. My optometrist did a more thorough assessment than this facility. Not only was it a waste of time but also a huge waste of money.
Worst experience of my life. Every time you call you get a different response with a different person. Sending refferal with medical notes is a nightmare. 0 transparency and no follow ups or emails! 25 days my sons records just sitting around witn no intent of following up. The lady i just got off the phone with sounds hungover and had a nasty attitude and didnt listen to me or cooperate!
