Wonderful experience with the Byers Team. Jacob Stires took my on-line request the same night and answered, explained, and offered all things we needed. Just days later, at the dealership the process was fast, friendly, and transparent. So glad we drove down from Bowling Green to work with this group! Try 'em, you can't go wrong.
Byers Chevy crashed my car during a routine visit to get a O2 sensor replaced. I understand mistakes happen and they did right by me by paying to replace my tailgate, and putting me in a loaner vehicle. However, the overall experience I had was terrible. The service manager didn't apologize when the incident happened, and was rude, and insisted not to contact my insurance, and that I didn't need their insurance. Great and timely service as usual!! Luc was great to work with and kept me informed throughout the process.
Worst customer service experience of my life. Byers suggested maintenance on the transfer case of my 2021 Silverado at 49,000 miles. After they did this, my truck was leaking fluid. I returned it and they ensured me they fixed it. After I left the second time within 100 miles of the visit my engine light comes on. The entire transfer case had to be replaced.
