One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had! Brett was welcoming and ready to help as soon as I walked in. The paperwork process was also super simple, Hunter did an amazing job! Over all it was a 10/10 experience and I’d gladly recommend Byers to others.

Their employees need training on what they do and do not accept for payment from out of state purchasers. After negotiating a price over the phone, I was going to fly to Ohio to look at and purchase a used car. I clarified with the employee that I would be flying in and wanted to drive the vehicle off the lot that same day, so I could drive to visit a relative who lives in Ohio three hours away, spend the night, and drive home the next day.
