Byer's is the model for how a business should be run. While officially they're in the automotive business, I like to think that they're in the helping people business. They have crystal clear communication with me, gone out of their way to help me out in a jam, and I've witnessed countless situations of them doing right by others while waiting in their lobby. They helped me with a semi-urgent situation on a super busy day. I know I was lucky and it won’t always work out that way, but I can’t express how grateful I am to have a local shop that treats their customers more like close friends.
I had a great experience Lonnie and the team. I brought my car in because the AC wasn’t working. They were very friendly, took the time to explain what was wrong, and actually fixed my AC without trying to upsell me on a bunch of extra stuff. The job was done quickly and everything works perfectly now. You can tell they know what they’re doing and actually care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone who asks.
I’ve been taking my vehicles to Byers for about 4 years and I can’t say enough about their quality and professionalism. They always take care of any problem the first time, are honest with their estimates, and take the time to explain any issues. Most recently, our daughter was in town for just a couple days and had to have the brakes serviced on her truck. Even though they were booked out over a week, they took extra time to accommodate us and service her truck! Outstanding!
We’ve had our family vehicle serviced here several times. Consistency: they are always quick to get us in, which we greatly appreciate as a family with young kids! Timely: We appreciate the fast assessments and phone calls. They very clearly communicate what was wrong and how they are going to fix it, as well as having a quote ready. The typically have had the car fixed by the end of the day Receptionists are always very friendly, take time to listen and take note of the issues!
