2nd time having an issue trying to get parts from here...I should've known better. This time they cancelled the order (after 2 days) because I was having it shipped to my work address which is different from my billing address. I've never encountered that before. Their Checkout process allows for different billing/shipping addresses to be entered by simply checking the 'box'. I just now ordered from a different dealer in Fairborn, OH (online) who said that is not a problem.

Poor customer service and rude staff. Wouldn’t even get off the phone to help and became argumentative.
Part came in as described. Only issue is with FedEx. Finally had to get package delivered to local Walmart in order to get the package signed for.
