Poor customer service and rude staff. Wouldn’t even get off the phone to help and became argumentative.
Part came in as described. Only issue is with FedEx. Finally had to get package delivered to local Walmart in order to get the package signed for.
My Go-To location for parts for my BRZ. Never had an issue here until today. I was denied from picking up parts I ordered due to my shipping address on the order did not match the address on my ID. Typically someone does not update their ID to a house they’re living in for college. Absolutely perfect! Website ordering was extremely easy and prices were some of the lowest across the web for genuine Subie parts and accessories. Website was well-designed, informative and easy-to-navigate and VIN authentication made it easy to make sure there isn't any model differences. I've been purchasing from Byer's parts department for about a year now. They have really competitive pricing on all of their parts. I never had an issue until my most recent purchase. I ordered an item and there was a crack in the coating. The return process is horrid. Basically I was told that they couldn't promise me my money back.
