An emergency Birdie device was set off around 2:15pm on February 5th in the parking garage at your 25 University Ave., Minneapolis, MN location. Managers are refusing to look into the security cameras and contact police to investigate this incident. Someone could be in extreme danger or missing because your security team and management are not investigating! Please do something.

Very friendly staff at checkout! Staff at bakery area ignore me most times.
The fabulous gentleman working in your deli this evening deserves kudos for his kindness, enthusiasm and stellar customer service. I didn’t catch his name, but he prepared deli meat for me around 6:30/7pm. He deserves a raise and recognition for a great attitude and a job well-done.

Normally love this store and the staff--but the obnoxious jerk hawking the StarTrib out in the lobby buys you the one star rating. I shop here to have a relaxing experience, not to get yelled at over subscribing to a paper. Please stop allowing them in your store!
