DO NOT RECOMMEND!! My husband and I applied to rent here May 29th. On June 4th we recieved a phone call from Niki saying we were approved but had to come up with 2 months worth of deposits, plus first month’s rent, and a pet deposit. It showed my husband’s pay low because he had moved jobs and didn’t get paid for a whole month. So she told us to bring in 2 most recent paystubs and we would be fine. I was loving a home that my newly husband picked out . I rushed their to get my part to them. The lady was very very unprofessional she didn't even introduce herself she wasnt pleasant .
