Ryan and the Byerly RV body shop did a beautiful job on our travel trailer! We can't even tell where the damage was! The job was done quickly, and Ryan gave us good advice with our questions. GREAT WORK! Highly recommended! Victoria and Mark
We were in distress, Locked our Class A’s door and all the keys were inside. I called BYERLY’s and GUY PATTON picked up the phone(after hours). Guy was SUPER he offered to ride his own motorcycle out here to the campground, 30 minutes away, and unlock our door. GUY Showed up and with the turn of his key our world was once again stress free and the clouds parted in the sky and all was good. 5++++ stars to our Hero GUY PATTON!!!!!
Deceptive and Unfriendly Their one year trade-in policy is complete BS. I was told there were no limitations, but when I tried to use it I was suddenly told that there were limitations to what I could trade up to, and you must pay the much higher full price (not their advertised price) on what you are trying to tade to. VERY DECEPTIVE. Not all but many of their service and parts people are very rude. Herb in parts seems to take pleasure in making you feel stupid and an inconvenience. I will never buy anything there again.
Great Super place to shop for any RV, new or used. They have any kind of unit you might be looking for. Trailers, pop-ups, class C RV's and on and on. Stop by and give these guys a chance. They are great to deal with.
Please Avoid Byerly RV I Never leave reviews. If I do, I always make sure to have something nice to say or dont say it at all. I had to post this based on my last experience. I can only hope this will prevent people from ever looking or even buying an RV from this place. You have read some other reviews about them being deceptive. Thats just in the buying process. I wrote a review about the sales department being great, but I don't want to forget about Sean S in the Finance department that was so kind and was able to give us a super great deal better than we could have imagined! This is a man who can work miracles if you have good credit and give him a chance. We still owed money on our trade-in camper but he still managed to give us a sweet deal. Thank you so much Sean S and Byerly RV for letting us live a better life!
We bought our 1st brand new 2020 ACE Motorhome on 5/22/2020. My husband and daughter had done all the leg work prior to choosing Byerly Rv. Dave, the salesman was the only one who bothered to stop and look up if our Ford Expedition could be towed behind without a trailer when asked. Even at the risk of losing the sale, Dave was honest and said NO. This was not a deal-breaker with my husband who trusts an honest man. Purchased a used 2015 CrossRoads 8/10/19. By 3am on 8/11 it was leaking rain water extensively from the closets, the baseboards around the floor, and the right rear corner. So badly that the electrical outlets tripped the GFI. Obviously the seals were not checked or tested before sale. I asked to return this unit and purchase a NEW toy hauler instead.
