I really can't thank the Byerly's enough. They made selling my home in Frisco effortless and I feel they definitely had my interests at heart. Thank you very much.
Only concern is about his money. Been in his rental home for four years and spent two summers dealing with air conditioning problems all summer and had to put myself and family in hotel and all he offered was $100 off after threatened to not pay him rent. Now that we want to buy a house he won't consider letting us out of lease a month or two early unless we use him as a realtor and line his pockets again with more money.
