Flexible and seems to care about being thorough.
David Conner did an outstanding job at getting rid of a yellow jacket infestation. He doesn't finish until all the wasps are gone and you are satisfied. His pricing is fair and I would recommend him without reservation. He is my go to guy when I have bug problems.
