Sayful was very helpful and respectful of our space. I had to run out while he was here and he did his job without any problems and was on his way just as I was returning home! I would use "Bye Bye Pest control" again and recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointing experience overall. Communication was poor and our appointment was cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. We were quoted a specific price for the treatment and received an invoice matching that price. Shortly after, a new invoice was sent that was $200 higher than the quoted amount.
