HORRIBLE customer service, my mother who just lost her husband on April 14th called to cancel service on his credit card as it is fraudulent to use and the supervisor told her she couldn't do that, he then told her she wasn't allowed to cancel any service and that it is wrong to do so, she explained that she was now on a fixed income and needed to wait and see what she could afford, she never raised her voice she cried and he was rude, screamed at her then proceeded to tell her not to talk to him in her tone!!
