Jodi is the best hygienist I have ever had. She is kind, thorough, and great at explaining and offering advice! You can tell she really cares. Everyone at the clinic is lovely and I look forward to having my dental health handled with By Design :)
I have had excellent professional care at ByDesign Implant Dentistry on many occasions. But today I was disappointed in the work of the dental assistant. It was clear to me that she was floundering with the CT scan of my teeth, having trouble getting good images. When the dentist came back in, he had to -- smoothly -- take some more images. I received a plan to pull some of my teeth, but ended up having more pulled. I am still waiting for my new implants. The dental hygienist Jyoti, is awesome and the new receptionist is a bit snippy!
Dr. Sher and staff do amazing work! Highly recommend :)
Dr. Sher did an excellent job with my extractions and bone graft A thoughtful “comfort menu” the office offered before the procedure—I got to pick something like lip balm or aromatherapy, or another little treat. Such a nice touch!
