Absolutely appalling service 3 sales managers sitting around doing nothing I stood in the middle of an empty show room and said g'day mate and he didn't even acknowledge me, 25 minutes later I walked out of there and will go somewhere else seeing as no one wants to sell me a car.

Love our new BYD Seal, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have had our $1000 deposit since Nov 2024 & it was meant to be refunded within 7-10 days of collecting our car. Still waiting, & cannot get Dylan to respond to emails, but he was very good at chasing us when he was looking for the full payment for the vehicle. Pathetic customer services & care

Disappointing Experience with BYD Chadstone Display I visited the BYD display at Chadstone on Monday, October 7th (around 3pm), hoping to decide between the BYD ATTO 3, Seal, or Sealion 6 – all of which are within my budget.
