If I could put less than 1 star I would. I had organised and paid a deposit for a BYD Seal Dynamic. After my husband who had purchased a BYD Seal Performance through the Waverley dealership had issues and cancelled his order, I decided to do the same due to the lack of transparency with BYD in general. I wrote 3 emails, made some phone calls to confirm my emails had been received and also went into the dealership to ask why the refund of my deposit hadn't taken place. No response from anyone. I have a BYD Dolphin. It has an intermittent problem of "please check SRS" This has to do with air bags so I am scared because I don't want an air bag blowing up. That might cause an accident and hurt someone in the car when it is travelling. Google offered: If you notice any of the symptoms mentioned it is crucial to contact a BYD authorized service center or a qualified repair shop for maintenance. Absolutely appalling service 3 sales managers sitting around doing nothing I stood in the middle of an empty show room and said g'day mate and he didn't even acknowledge me, 25 minutes later I walked out of there and will go somewhere else seeing as no one wants to sell me a car.

Love our new BYD Seal, but customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They have had our $1000 deposit since Nov 2024 & it was meant to be refunded within 7-10 days of collecting our car. Still waiting, & cannot get Dylan to respond to emails, but he was very good at chasing us when he was looking for the full payment for the vehicle. Pathetic customer services & care

Disappointing Experience with BYD Chadstone Display I visited the BYD display at Chadstone on Monday, October 7th (around 3pm), hoping to decide between the BYD ATTO 3, Seal, or Sealion 6 – all of which are within my budget.
