The estimates are not accurate or close to accurate. I tried to estimate the cost for a roof and the number they gave me was almost double the amount I could get somewhere else.
We’ve had the roof done 8 years ago. For the little rain (during the drought) we had the roof would leak every year. There may be warranty but they come to fix it for only 5-10 minutes and leave. It is pouring rain and our roof is still leaking!
