This guy somehow was on a VA list of approved surgeons for me to pick from when I elected to have surgery through community care program rather than at the VA Hosp. in Palo Alto. Absolute worst mistake I could have made in terms of picking him to treat me. Its a long story, but I will tell you this guy deceived me, and defrauded the VA. I had brought to him the procedure which VA Chief of Surgery recommended, of which he arrogantly shrugged off, and gave me assurances he could do the same thing ( laminectomy / foraminotomy )... read more
The Doctors themselves are pretty good. Their staff is horrific. Referral personal are extremely extremely bad. I don’t think they have a clue what they are doing. Of course this is my personal opinion!
So this office is horrible. If you are a past patient don't bother trying to get an appt. I was referred by my orthopedic Dr to go back to see my surgeon Dr. Bybee.I called left msg. no response end up in ER with severe neck(surgery by Dr.Bybee 15 yrs prior) I called office to tell them I need to see him,I was told I needed a referral from PCP,who has nothing to do with this situation, She proceeded to tell me since my last visit in Feb.2024 I was considered an old patient ,and without referral from PCP nevermind the other 2... read more
