My wife has been a consistent member for years and I would occasionally do a drop-in or Saturday morning class with her, but I recently signed up and started attending consistently. The changes were pretty quick to notice. My joints don't ache as much, I feel stronger and more limber, and I'm excited to come to the gym. I didn't realize what I was missing from my traditional weightlifting gym until I started showing up and getting coached by Jared and team. Excited to keep building my better!
I’ve been seeing David at BYB for about 5 weeks now. I suffer from chronic back pain due to spine surgery, a decade of hand & grip pain from multiple surgeries and a career of a hairstylist, as well as autoimmune challenges. I have never been in a gym that had a coach with the depth of knowledge that Jared possesses. His workouts are fun, challenging, and unique. I love the community they have. The people here will push you to grow, make you laugh, and support you through. I am excited to see what the future holds for me here!
4/5 because too many 5 starts makes it look fake. But it’s friggin AWESOME. Love these coaches and the people they bring and surround themselves with. They’re attentive, they care, and they push you to be better. ❤️❤️ anyone can do it! 🥜
