Despite the fact that their swing gate openers are expensive compared to their competitors, this company doesn't have trained state technicians or agents to fix problems such as oil leaks. The unit must be fixed at the main company through their agents! They don't even offer the reapir kit! You could imagine what the cost of shipping & repair would be! I don't recommend this company!
I’ve been a home owner of a few older homes over the years; so lots of updates, technicians, handymen, services needed. In one of my most recent homes one of my gates was malfunctioning. I had electricians, local gate experts and technicians out every month for over a year. Lots of money down the drain. I located the manufacturer of the gate and found Taylor at Byan.
