This company provided care for my mother for almost a year, but she was unable to retain staff. Caregivers would start and then simply stop showing up, at times leaving my mother in bed, soiled, for hours. Today the owner quit with no notice, citing hurt feelings because we’d started arranging our own backup help to cover the shifts her staff kept missing. I love these folks. As I get older, my health issues are changing rapidly leading to one doctor appointment or home issue after another. Jennifer makes sure someone is available to help me out even on the short notice times. Thanks, guys! Kudos to Kay and Jennifer. The knowledge and PATIENCE are soooo important when caring for us.
Amazing company. Jennifer and her staff helped my mom in her time of need. I was able to rest peacefully knowing my mom was taken care of. Jennifer has much experience with Dementia and her caregivers all were very compassionate and reliable!
