BY YOUR SIDE continues to be such a wonderful resource for our family. The Crystal Lake facility is both welcoming and very well organized. The staff genuinely cares about the kids, and our child has grown in many different aspects, especially emotionally and socially. I would highly recommend BY YOUR SIDE'S caring, creative, and professional approach to any parent seeking ABA therapy for their special needs child.
Our son has been with By Your Side for over a year. We are happy with the services they provide. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Communication is very good as well.
Enrolling our 4 year old autistic son into ABA therapy at BYS in Crystal Lake has been a wonderful experience. The center is staffed by professionals who go above and beyond for the children there. My wife and I are most impressed by the staffs ability to combine clinical expertise with their own lived experience, to provide an individual treatment plan for our child.
